DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders $40 and over.

We are not responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. The reason is that we pass the items off to a third party logistical carrier, that being USPS or UPS. USPS and UPS are separate businesses from JUST JANUARY. Unfortunately, we don't have any ability to coordinate each delivery, and we rely on these other companies. As such, we're not able to control mistakes or errors of a third-party.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We offer free shipping for all Canadian orders $54 CAD and over. International orders vary in shipping costs.
